My little blog attracted some lively attention a little over a week ago simply by using the word “Evolution”. I think if I was selling something here, I would put that word in every post. However, I have nothing to sell, and I will soon be leaving that subject behind. Since I questioned the supposed proof of evolution, I promised one of my readers I would provide some “proof” of Gods existence.
Let me first say, I base my relationship with God on faith. God does not need me to prove He exists. He either is, or He is not. What you or I think will not change that. What you or I think and say about God will change us. It can also change our circumstances, and will certainly change our eternal destiny.
There are many ways I could provide proof of God’s work in human affairs. While trying to prove evolution depends on scientific disciplines most people do not understand, or sometimes even know about, God works in the open. Seeing God does not depend on studying things with electron microscopes and making predictions involving scientific theories that look and sound impressive.
There are hundreds of prophecies in the Bible that were already fulfilled to 100% accuracy. Prophecies foretelling of the destruction of Jerusalem, the rise and fall of the Babylonian, Persian, and Greek empires, and more. Jesus Himself fulfilled over 300 Old Testament prophecies. There is also archaeological and scientific evidence supporting the Bible.
In addition there are hundreds of modern day miracles occurring every day. I have witnessed many myself. In a series of posts I will be sharing what I have seen and what has happened in my life. I will start with my journey to faith, and move from there to “solid evidence”, undeniable miracles I have seen with my own eyes.
